companies that hire and sell specialist industrial equipment, supplying a non-cyclical

customer base including utility companies, the public sector and the oil and gas industries.

We have a presence in the UK, US, UAE, Germany, France, Australia, Singapore,

India, Brazil, Korea and Azerbaijan.

2011 has started well and our main customer base of power generation and the

oil & gas sectors is seeing growth in most markets. We are encouraged by

progress across the Group and look forward to achieving our objectives and
